i-Flow is a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), which manage and monitor work-in-process on the factory floor, as well as on-line inquiries and links to tasks that take place on the production floor. It include the links to work orders, physical and logical receipt of equipment and process, quality control, maintenance, scheduling or other related tasks.

It also integrated with the functions from Process Development Execution System (PDES) , which is tailored for steering the development of a manufacturing process. It has the tools which focus on on lower volume but higher flexibility and experimentation freedom. Therefore, i-Flow is very suitable for start-up and mid-sized semiconductor company as well as research institute who is moving from R&D to production.

i-Flow modules includes process development and qualification, production planning and operation, in-line and die-sort data monitoring and statistics process control control, as well as user administration and information safety management.

i-Flow system upgrade will not only ensure that the data in the transplant process, but also support from the traditional MES systems and the command window i-Flow system to the transplant database.

i-Flow network-based dynamic multi-user database systems are supported by highly reliable data storage servers and mirror bases

Concept: i-Data is customer-design based data processing and report generation software. Unlike in-line-SPC control which is implemented to i-Flow environment, i-Flow is flexible stand alone data processing software.

i-DATA is a to help engineers to visualize and interact with data to find important signals faster through better data analysis.

It helps engineers quickly source field failures and increases analysis productivity by analysising of combined in-line, lot history, functional, electrical, and bitmap data.
